Tejalta exists because of two things we saw at the same time. The first: there are companies that have been running well for years and could take a big step forward with a small investment — not a two-year project, a six-week automation — and they don't, because no one has explained it to them in their own language. The second: a lot of the software companies do buy is badly built. Not necessarily badly coded, but built by someone who never understood how the business that was going to use it actually works.
Both problems have the same root and the same solution: understand the operation before writing code. That's why the diagnostic comes first, and why the project isn't done until your team can run it without us.
